I finally got the wings on my S1C project and started rigging the ailerons. I noticed that the elevator push tube rod end bearings start to bind when the torque tube is moved about 10 degrees either way. This is the first tube aft of the torque tube. The rod ends are running out of "twist" to use a poor word. The ailerons are nowhere near the 22deg that they are supposed to have at this point. All the measurements of bellcranks, rod lenghts and the like are correct according to the plans. Am I missing something?
