During the sprucing up of my newly acquired S1C, I would like to clean up the FWF area. Patched up and holy baffles are coming off and soon to be replaced with a Van's kit. I don't plan on an engine OH anytime in the near future with only 384 hrs SMOH, but the engine could use some TLC on the surface. I do have a pressure washer. I was thinking of of protecting critical items that would not take kindly to high pressure water such as mags, carb, alternator, and starter and finding a good engine degreaser and applying it then power washing it off. Any suggestions on the matter would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Don
