Hi, I'm a little bewildered by the range of exhaust stack gaskets available. Is there anything specific I should aim for - blow proof, stainless steel, etc?

My mating surfaces are not completely flat, so would prefer something that would provide good a good sealing cushion.

Appreciate any comments.
