I found this place for 1/64 birch aircraft ply. If you could used 3 layers for the aleron LE it might be lighter. I was going to use 3 layers for my leading edge of my Marquart charger when I rebuild my wings. Mostly to make a smoother tougher leading edge. Over time my wings have been dented in a few places.
