EZ Heat vs REIFF HOTSTRIP

Can anyone help me decide? I'd like to install one on the oil sump in my eagle..

Both require 75F for installation, any ideas how to mitigate that? Forecast ranges between 25F and 50F for the next few weeks.

Thanks a lot!
