Fabric Purchasing Questions

I am recovering my Eagle with Poly-Fiber materials and I am in Massachusetts. Where is the closest place to buy Poly-Fiber in the northeast?

How much fabric, polybrush, polyspray and base color paint will I need?

I am planning on going with the Heavy Duty-3 fabric unless that seems like a bad idea and lightweight fabric for the tapes.
