    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

good morning all,my first post to the forum. to introduce myself,I have a Pitts S1 D with a modified wing, semi-symmetrical rather than the flat wing. I have a rebuilt IO360 with a Catto three blade prop. I am based in Launceston Tasmania, with a large lump of water between home and the mainland Australia.
I am looking for a ferry tank option, to give me perhaps another 30 also litres over and above the 75 I currently carrying the tank. Happy to look at all options, and would rather listen to what other people have done than try and reinvent the wheel myself.
I have some photographs of the slipper tank, which goes over the top wing. Happy to look at all options and am looking for advice
Cheers SG
