    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

I know this is not about biplanes, but one of my students has purchased a Piper Pacer ( Tripacer put back into a tailwheel Pacer) in Wisconsin and wants me to ferry it back to California. I have lots of tailwheel time in Starduster Too, Acroduster One, Skybolt, Citabria, J3/Cub and Cessna 140, but no time in a Pacer. What are they like to fly/ What are some speeds I should consider? ( I believe it has 150 hp) What are some gotcha's I should be careful of? Any and all info would be helpful. I have flown my SD2 to Oshkosh and back 3 times so know the routes well
