Someone the other day mentioned what if the flop tube somehow got hung upwhile tossing the plane around...
Would this be a highly unusual/rare event? Is there a redundent solution?
The main reason for asking, is that I planned on having my top wingancillary tank just manuallydrain into the main tank, but if I plumbed the top tank to go to the engine, I would have redundency if the main tank flop tubegot stuck. Forgive my ignorance on this subject, as I know nothing about fuel systems...
(My tank is the older Skybolt type which is a simple tank, not like the two level tank in the McKensie newsletters)
