Last year I made a set of wire stabilization bars out of aluminum rod and notched them to contain each aerodynamic wire under a machined aluminum cap plate.
They look great and seem to function well, but I am wondering about the effect of dissimilar metals (aluminum & SS) in contact with each other as well as a minimum of slide-ability as the wires flex and move under flight conditions. Wooden rods with cable ties was the way I got it from the builder--not too sturdy in my opinion.
Any comments or experience with flat-wire separation bars you all may have is greatly appreciated. Thanks
