Hello to you all. This is my firstpost and I am new to this forum so please forgive me if the subjects are already covered elsewhere.
I am keen to buy my own aeroplane after being in a couple of shared groups ( chipmunk and Acrosport)and quitelike the idea of a Pitts S1.

I have flown the Acrosport 2 and wonder if anyone can advise on how they compare with regards ground handling and landing? I plan tofly out of a nice 700m grass strip.

Also does anyone have any experience of the differances in handling of the Grovespring gear rather than conventional setups as one of the machines I am interested in is fitted with thissystem?

How does an S1c with the two low wing ailerons compare to the more common full four wing setup ?
Thanks inadvance ,Steve
