    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

Marvel-Schrebler 0-320 carb. model MA-4SPA - p/n 10-5062 - serial #CC-2-877
This came with the firewall forward engine I purchased 4 years ago. The plane was flying at the time of removal.
It is of no use to me as I am using a TBI. I am doing a shop cleaning and getting rid of "junk stuff." My first thought was selling at $25 plus shipping mostly because I cannot use it and I have no idea what it is worth. But, I decided to check out Ebay and to my total amazement I found 3 identical carb's. 1) for parts only - $350 2) Overhauled 240 hrs. ago - $575 and 3) Good used condition - $425.
So, obviously it is worth more than $25. I would guess it will need a rebuild as it has been setting high and dry for 4 years in a box in the shop.
Not knowing what a rebuild would cost I don't know how much to allow for that so I will try something different here.
