Fuel gauge fixable ?

I have got this fuel gauge on my pitts but is inop. It does move around a bit but does not seem accurate. Are they fixable or should I look at a replacement ?

I noticed potentially sizing issues. If anybody has a replacement one for sale please let me know as well.
