I have an old mechanical fuel pressure gauge feed by 30 yr old copper tubing. I'm not comfortable with that set up and want to yank the whole thing out. I do have injection, but really, why do I need a fuel pressure gauge? If the fuel pressure is low, or quits, then I turn on the electric pump. I really can't imagine watching the pressure gauge and turning on the electric pump before a more noticeable power loss would manifest itself. So, really why have one?
