Okay guys I really need your help. This plane seems to have a on going issue with fuel pressure. Big picture... when I start to climb above 3000 feet, at full throttle the pressure starts to drop and fluctuate. I have seen it as low as 10psi. When I decrease the throttle.. fuel pressure comes back to around 20-25. From 0-3000 feet it is solid. I had this issue almost a year ago. My fix was I bought a new engine driven fuel pump. This seemed to instantly fix the problem. The past couple of flights I have noticed it coming back. When I turn on the electrical pump... PSI is pegged so I know it is just not a gauge issue. This is killing me because the only thing I know to do... is put another pump on there but I know this thing could not have gone bad in just a year worth of use..... anybody heard of something like this?
