Fuel restrictor Lycoming I0360 angel valve

Should an I0360 angel valve Lycoming engine have a restrictor fitting in the fuel pressure line going to the fuel pressure gage? Does the Bendix fuel servo already have this restrictor in its fitting? If it should have this restrictor fitting but does not, how do you add one.
