Fuel Tank Strap Pad / Cushion

Hello all,
Does anyone have a material source for a fuel tank strap pad / cushion? This is for a pitts S-1C, 19gal fuel tank.
The S-1T parts manual does list an Aviat number, 1-0603-031 (4), but i am looking for somewhere else to purchase and some recommendations on what to use. This is for the fuselage mounted main tank.
