I have reached the point that I need non-prescription/drugstore reading glasses for closeup vision.

I tried some Amazon bought stick-on magnifying lenses to stick onto my goggles, however the results were terrible. The view through them was rather foggy and this was even with the best cleaning/application technique that I could muster.

For those flying open cockpit with similar vision, how do you resolve the need to see up close for reading a chart?

Thanks,
Glenn
