Grumman Albatross 1:4 Scale

I realize this may not be the best place to ask this question, but I feel someone has the answer.

Does anyone know where or who I can contact to build a model Grumman Albatross Seaplane. The wingspan needed is 18' with and illuminated cockpit and rotating props.

Any insight would be appreciated.
