In retirement I'd like to retire back in my home state of Oregon. Specifically Eugene area (EUG, Cottage Grove, Creswell, Corvallis). Anyone have a feel for the hangar situation there? Are they available or is there a waitlist.

The hangar situation in Centex is difficult, some are full of basically junk that I've never seen anyone fly. I guess lots of hangars have turned into cheap storage rather than airplane hangars.
