I flew the Waco down to St.John the Baptist Airport (1L0), which is just north of New Orleans, for a airport lunch today. As usual for Louisiana, great food and nice people. Since I had never been to St. John, I did some hangar diving to see what was around. Here are two Stardusters sharing the same Quonset hut. The blue one had some tools scattered about like someone had been working on it. The silver one had a lot of fiberglass fairings and looked like it weighed a ton. The engine mount had been cut off at the fuselage.
