Hartzell Torque

Putting prop back on after looking at crank for cracks. The Hartzell manual states the torque shall be between 60 and 70 lb/ft.

My torque wrench is a little bulky and a crows foot won't work. So, I have an extension that is 8" long. The extension is just a 3/4" wrench with a socket, for the torque wrench brazed onto one end. Therefore, the arm is 8" longer than if I were not using an extension.

Assuming I'm shooting for 65 lb/ft when using that 8" extension, should I set the torque wrench to 39 lb/ft?
