Have been noticing slacking in my flying/drag wires under lighter G’s and decided to order the Halloway Tensionmeter to check them out. Only getting 9 or 10 ft lbs on all four wires which would put the tension around 300lbs for 5/16 wire. I dont know a lot about rigging and tightening the wires and don’t have a good source to help me out so I’m looking for input as to the best way to go about tightening them up. Flys just fine now and I don’t want to screw that up, but they shouldn’t slack at 3 g’s. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
