    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

I'm a newbie to aircraft acquisition, but not to flying or preflights.
How can I evaluate a home built aircraft when I first see it? How do I know it hasn't been "wrung out"?
Specifics to check regarding flying wires/javelins?
I plan to enlist the help of an expert set of eyes of course, but what can I personally look for?
Thanks!
