Good evening everyone. I am wanting to know the best way to going about getting a Pitts project going. I’m not at a stage in my life to devote time to scratch building, but I do have the patience and time to maintain. I am wanting to have a very functional Pitts that doesn’t have an issue being inverted and having many “upgrades”. The only problem is I don’t have 100k to buy said plane. If I were to buy a Pitts S1-C with a 0-320, what sort of road blocks would I see down the road if I wanted to get a larger fuel injected engine and get a set of wolf wings or SS wings for it? My vision is to buy a base level Pitts and upgrade it further into my life. Thoughts?
