In flight storage with access

What are you guys doing for inflight storage? You know.....places to hold a bottle of water, a snack, sun glasses, wallet, and similar items.

I was sitting in the new S1S today and looking around for places to put stuff. I keep looking at that fuel tank and thinking that I could make a storage area that velcroes to the end of the tank. Take it off and toss it somewhere when you get 'serious' and put it back in when you are headed for your next destination.

Looking for some ideas....pics would be great.
