Inside Tire Wear

So I have about 60 hours on my S-1S now. Tires are wearing mostly on the inside of the tread. About the same wear pattern as seen on the "spare" set of tires that came with the aircraft. Should I flip the tires on the wheels to extend their life?
Bungees feel good, but the issue begs the question: Are the bungees too soft, allowing too much splay in the gear?
