Hi all, any of you ever make your own inspection ring doublers? From what I've gathered the standard round doublers are manufactured from Cellulose Acetate Butyrate Plastic Sheet, however I cannot really find a local source for it and I don't need a 4X8 sheet for a just a few inspection rings. I ask because I have a need for a non standard shape and am trying to find a chunk of this material to make my own doublers. Anybody know where I can buy a small say 2ft X 2ft square piece of this plastic?

Or should I just make the doublers out of aluminum?

Thanks,
