I purchased a couple of Aveo PowerBurst strobe lights and figured now is the time to start working on installing them.

I first added reinforcement on the inside of the bow. Then with 1/4 inch ply, I traced out the pattern and cut the ply on the band saw.
Today I added filler to start molding and smoothing things out.
First time for me to do this so no idea how clean the install will be.
Anyway, a couple of pix to show work so far.
