Hi,

I am planning to make a new instrument panel for my S1. The drawings show .040" (1mm) 6061 T6 aluminium - what would be the best way to cut the openings for the instruments?

Also, my drawings show .025" 6061 for the seat base, this surely sounds a little thin, and is maybe why the seat base in my aircraft has failed??

Advice much appreciated.
