I'm getting ready to install a Raven inverted oil system on my Skybolt. I've searched the forums but I couldn't find definitive answers to the following questions.

1. What hose type and source do people recommend?

I see the Aeroquip 601-10 hose is $19.90 a foot at Aircraft Spruce. I see what appears to be the same 1000 psi Aeroquip hose at Summit Racing for $7.99 a foot. The Summit Racing house brand hose is even a little cheaper.

Are these hoses the same or does Aeroquip make a lower grade or use a different material for the automotive market?

The reason I am questioning is that A/C Spruce lists the -10 AN hose inner diameter as 11/16" (0.6875") and Summit lists the ID as 0.563".

2. What's the best place to buy the AN fittings for the hoses?
