I just received the logbooks today from my recently purchased engine. Looking through the logs I noticed entries about servicing rayjay turbos. The engine is off a Bellanca. Now I am confused.... It was my assumption that the turbo Lycomings have the prefix TIGO, TIVO, TEO, etc. How does not using the turbos affect the 300HP?

My knowledge of TC's is that sea-level MP is held to a higher altitude, but it doesn't actually boost the HP does it? Will I still get 300HP from this engine without the RayJays?
