Hey everyone,

Quick question. I always seem to hear everyone say that your certificate is not valid unless signed. Ive been looking through the FARs for quite a while and I cant find any reg saying this. Not that I have a problem with signing it, just curious. Anybody have a for sure answer or a reg number I can look up?
