I've attempted a google search but can't seem to find an answer regarding the 100 hour inspection required on the cranks of the Pitts S-2A and I don't know much about this subject or the mechanical/airframe side of things. Is this for a lightweight crank? Is there a way to have the engine rebuilt with a heavier crank and keep it certified? Again I've looked for some AD notes but I'm not sure exactly were to find all this info.
