Looking for the builder of my Pitts

Long shot here but by any chance does anyone know of a gentleman named Jeffery Miller from the Miami area who built a black and white S-1 completed in 2003.

I've been trying to track him down for years as I was told by the old owner he has a photo album of it being built.

I heard he possible has a hangar at Tami-ami but when I called the FBOs they were of no help
