Looking to buy a eagle 2 soon need some advice for the experts

I am looking to probably get a Eagle 2 in the next 2-4 weeks. Im going to look at one on sunday. What are the issues these plane have had, things to look for.

I am a A&P and know my way around planes but never worked on a Eagle2

The one i am looking at sunday is a 1999 with 220Hp motor, looks like a nice bird. TONS of mods. And then there is this one i am probably going to go and look at
