Low cost plane ideas wanted!

I need some help people. Im looking for a 2 seater that can do simple aerobatics, actually all it has to do is barrel rolls, it needs toalready be built, andheres thereal killer....... IT HAS TO BE UNDER 12,000 USD. I know out there somewhere theres one, but i need some of you guys to help. one more thing.... i need it to be reliable because i hear biplanes tend to fall like a rock after losing power.PLEASE dont just write no it cant be done and no such thing. either absolutlyyou know it exists or you dont. ALL OPINIONS ARE GOOD. i am also fine to finish it if it is 95% or more complete. and it doesnt have to have a nice paint job.
