just fitting my lower wings for assembly, using a stock S1S wing kit, wonder if there are simple improvements that might be good or not.
1 The drag antidrag blocks appear to be a fairly hard vertical grain wood I am just guessing , a fairly hard Doug fir, is it necessary to change this to something else?
2 The plywood box that goes around the Spar where the I -strut attachment is Mahogany plywood came in the kit was considering birch there ,at least on the top and bottom caps I have seen those plates a little crushed before. Wondering if that would be an improvement or not
3 your ideas for small improvements
