Acro Sport II builders, I have my o360 PS5C carbed engine all dressed except for the carb airbox and filter. The lower cowling came with the project does not have the scoop cut out hole cut yet. I have 3 filters I have purchased with intentions of using and a 4th on the way here. I have 9" round filters and an 8" square filter with an oblong in transit. The filters I have are just too wide and would require a very wide scoop. I originally planed on fabricating a fiber glass box I look at the plans and see a metal rectangular one with a filter on the front. I would like to know what others have used. There must be an airbox that the plans were set up for as the scoop details are on the plans with a cowling cut out of 9" long and 7" wide.
Thanks in advance for any info.
