Hey guys, I have 15 hours on my SD2 now, and I am experiencing a high CHT on number 4. It has done this since flight #1. The engine has 560 SMOH. the only numbers I can set to keep it under 400* is 2300 RPM/19". Any more power than that, and it rises right back up. I have 112 square inches of air inlet area on the cowling, and 160 square inches of outlet area, with a "dam" under the bottom to create more negative airspace. My exhaust is wrapped, and I have checked baffling with a light and sealed up any air leaks. Inner-cylinder baffling is present and accounted for. Are there any ways to possibly cure the issue? I'd like to be able to fly around with my power pushed up. Thanks
