    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

A few years back, the librarian for the college called me up and told me he had some magazines for me if I wanted them. Of course I said sure thing, I will come up and have a look. Sitting there in a series of massive boxes is the complete collection of "Aviation Week & Space Technology" from the early 60's to around 2008. It took a pallet jack and a bobcat to move all of them down to my office. There is something like 2200+ of them just begging to be read.
The one sitting on my desk right now is from July 3, 1972 and the cover story is about the first flight of the A-10A ! These are fascinating zines. Just not sure what the heck to do with them?
