    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I've got a Garmin Aera 500 in my Acro Sport II. I've been making alot of feeble attempts at the 2012 Sportman Sequence and I've thought many times, it would be nice to really know where the edges of the box really are rather than guessing. I then had the idea that I might be able to mark it on the moving map of my GPS, but I have no idea how.......... or if it can even be done by someone other than Garmin.

Any ideas?

How do the rest of you without a marked box practice?
