Before ordering gear leg fairings from Aviat I measured my gear legs and according to Pitts S1-C plans they show 21 inches across the top at mounting points and 21 inches from fwd top mounting point to center of axel. My gear legs are around 26 inches from fwd upper mount down the fwd tube to center of axel. I am thinking plans are not correct but before I order I will have to determine what the proper length of gear leg supposed to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
