This is a theoretical question for me at this point, but it may be practical for others. Does anyone have any experience with the MGL V6 comm radio in their open cockpit plane?

I like the idea of the V6, because it includes not only a radio, but also an intercom and a music/aux input. However, obviously an open cockpit is a very noisy environment, sufficiently noisy that other manufacturers make specific intercom systems to deal with high-noise environments.

How, then, does the V6 deal with lots of noise? I know they claim the VOGAD system is pretty capable, but there's a difference between being able to handle a normal enclosed cockpit and an open cockpit. Anyone have any direct experience?
