Has anyone ever added a 1" space between the motor mount and the frame where it mounts? I have a 23" mount and it looks like moving the mount wouldn't effect any of the plumbing, wires or the cowling. Haven't run the cg numbers yet, just want to know if its a crazy idea. Was thinking of an al spacer. Of course I can't get the bolts out to replace with our taking out the tank!
