Hello biplane fans,

I've been searching for the 1975 Disney movie "The Sky's the Limit" for a number of years. It's the story of a young teenage city boy who (reluctantly) has to spend his summer vacation at his grandfather's farm. As I recall, the summer started quite uncool, until he discovers a dusty old biplane deteriorating in his grandpa's barn. The two embark on an adventure restoring the plane to (hopefully) airworthy condition.

I'm sure there are more technical inaccuracies than I remember, but it's a great story!

Here's the favor I'm asking - but I think it would benefit many of us biplane fans! - I found a contact formula here:

http://www.disneystudioshelp.com/ContactUs

product name: 1975 movie "the Sky's the Limit"
category: general question
select an issue: other
media type: DVD
region: 1

and I requested the release of this film (DVD or VHS, but of course DVD is better), and I actually got a response from them (in part):

This title has not been released on Blu-ray or DVD. Although we do not have a tentative release date set, we would be happy to share with the rest of our team that you would like to have this available for purchase! Your feedback helps us build a better experience for all of our guests and is truly appreciated!

So if you are in any way interested, perhaps if enough people request this title, it could be released for sale.

Thanks for listening :)
