    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I am the 4th owner of this airplane. It was built by Kent Sibley in Missouri in the late 1980's. I bought it 4 years ago locally. I have re-installed the smoke system, added a spinner, re-painted the wheels pants to better match the paint scheme, installed a new 2 place intercom, added a transponder and mode C, purchased new seats from Oregon Aero (I love em!) and had major fun with it! It has a Christen inverted fuel and oil system and coil spring gear system. The only problem with it is our winters. But it just makes spring that much better!
