My buddies clipped wing Cub I maintain had a major engine failure the other day...he lost oil pressure after takeoff and upon inspecting the screen...that was partially collapsed! It is full of steel (magnetic) metal. I removed engine last weekend and have it in for overhaul at a local shop but am looking for some new chrome valve covers. Anyone have a set laying around they'd sell? Also I'd be interested in seeing or hearing your thoughts on cub engine colors for case and cylinders.
