New owner S-2A.... what mods first?

Greetings all....

Finally getting the purchase wrapped up of a S-2A.... later serial number (2150+)....


What are the first things I should be looking at as improvements/modifications?? It is essentially in original condition so I am not sure what should be on my list of changes (they do need to be approved/STC mods to keep the standard airworthiness for our application)


Also question on props...

The prop is due... its the original 2 blade hartzell... are the 3 blade MT worth anything? Cant justify the cost of the Claw right now...
