I am starting to work on my cowling, the cowling is cracked at the oil cooler intake and the complete bottom part needs to be replaced. This was caused by the oilcooler being mounted directly to the cowling with nobracing to the motor.
The A&P who is starting the work said that the Nose Bowl should or can be replaced at the same time. The cowling looks like it has been replaced before and the nose bowl was a second set of holes where it wasmounted before.
My question is, what's the part number or where can I purchasea new nose bowl for my ASII? It has a IO-360 and I going to make the bottom cowling out of fiberglass.
As always thanksto all for the help that has been provided.
